Our mentoring programme is about sharing expertise, skills and experience to help forge fledgling careers.

In recognising the achievements of our alumni in diverse areas of professions, study and life experiences, we are developing mentoring programmes that benefit both Old Collegians and the School.

Our first mentoring programme has begun with Year 12 girls who have asked to be mentored by a PLC Old Collegian currently in university, thus creating a bridge between school and university.

We have now extended our mentoring programme to offer opportunities for our girls to undertake work experience, internships, practise in being interviewed and to develop their negotiation skills, along with other benefits of mentoring. To achieve this we have reached out to the PLC community who may be interested in mentoring a current PLC girl or an Old Collegian about to graduate from University or in the early stages of their career.
