Today, PLC has a student base with just over 25 percent being daughters, granddaughters, or great-granddaughters of Old Collegians. This is amongst the highest percentage of any girl’s school in Australia and we are immensely proud and grateful that generation after generation, where possible, so many PLC girls and boys choose to send their children back to PLC to receive an incredible education.
To celebrate this ongoing multi-generational connection to PLC, we introduced the OCA Family Pin to formally acknowledge and thank those Old Collegian families who continue to send their daughters, granddaughters, and great-granddaughters.
We were thrilled to welcome back a number of Old Collegians and their families to the PLC Junior School in June to be part of the OCA Family Pin Presentation to 50 plus Junior School girls and teachers.
The next OCA Family Pin presentation will be held for; Year 8 students on Tuesday 10 August, Year 9 students on Wednesday 11 August, and Year 10 students on Thursday 12 August.
