The Annual General Meeting of Presbyterian Ladies’ College Old Collegians’ Association (WA) Inc., will be held on Sunday 20 September 2020 at the PLC Scorgie House Boardroom, corner McNeil St and View St, Peppermint Grove at 4.30 pm.

Nominations for Committee Members
Nominations are called for election to the following positions on the Committee:
b) Vice President
d) Treasurer; and
e) Two or more ordinary members
All PLC Old Collegian Members are invited to attend and we always welcome new members to the Committee. It is a great way to stay connected to the school. The committee meets approximately five times a year. Its key focus areas are the Art Exhibition, Bursaries for current students, involvement with school events particularly Year 12 Valedictory, Open Garden Day, and the new student Welcome Lunch.
Nominations for President should be received by the Secretary 21 days before the AGM. Nominations for other positions can be forwarded to the Secretary prior to the meeting or made at the meeting.

COVID Safety Plan
In cooperation with PLC Perth, the Old Collegians’ Association Inc will have a COVID Safety Plan for this event in line with the best available health advice. We ask that, should you feel unwell on the day that you please refrain from attending.
Due to the potential for the situation in WA to change at short notice, and should health authorities advise against holding events of this nature, attendees will be contacted regarding the cancellation as soon as possible.
