Our beers tell a refreshing tale of time and place, inspired by the Margaret River region, the Indian Ocean and Western Australia’s incredible produce and people.
The Fresh and Pale Ales, Lager, IPA, Bao Bao, Saison No. 1 and Cider are our “regulars,” but there’s nothing regular about them. We’re talking elegant saisons bittered with local Margaret River herbs, and cider made with 100 per cent West Australian apples. Our one-off, seasonal and large format releases, meanwhile, which include wildly different farmhouse and Belgian ales, walk an even more adventurous path.
We’re as thirsty for new experiences as we are new flavours and new friends. Just be curious and ready to crack a cold one, and we’ll get along just fine. Here’s cheers.
The West Australian coastline provides the perfect inspiration for distilling.
Dune Distilling’s Signature Gin has been distilled using native and imported botanicals including juniper, coriander seed and local citrus.

Our fruit is sourced from Western Australia’s premium viticultural sites without regional restraint. Consistently rated five red stars in the Halliday Wine Companion, our wines have found their way in to some of the finest restaurants in the country.
We work with diligent and passionate grape growers who share our love of beautiful wine and sustainable practices. We avoid insecticides and herbicides and focus on soil structure and improvements using mulches, non-chemical nutrients and minimal tillage. Some of our vineyards are working towards reaching organic and biodynamic certification and have our total support.
Buried deep in the heart of Western Australia’s most isolated wine region, Frankland Estate is as much apart of its natural landscape as it is a winery.
In 1956, renowned US viticulturalist, Dr Harold Olmo identified the potential of the Frankland River region to produce wines comparable to those of Bordeaux, France. Working two vintages in Bordeaux, and touring French vineyards, cemented Barrie and Judi’s vision to establish Frankland Estate in 1988 and pursue their dream to create wines of uncompromising quality.
Our appreciation for the environment in which we work ensures our wines and our vineyards continue to grow with our land in accordance to the cycles of nature.
This approach includes organic viticlture, carefully nuturing the health of the soils in our vineyard, and only taking from our land as much as can be later replaced by natural processes. Our passion for sustainable farming was recognised in 2009, when we were awarded on organic certification.
Wines inspired by a blonde “Birdie” that are designed to be enjoyed with friends, good music and lots of laughs. A whole lot of fun in each bottle!
PLC Old Collegian, Kym Carr (nee Eyres, 1995) joined Farm2Fork in 2018 with her own wine label – Dream Bird Wines.
Kym’s story was one of incredible talent, utter heartbreak and unwavering determination… As a young winemaker, Kym had a winemaking world at her feet. She was winemaking for award-winning wineries Vasse Felix and Deep Woods Estate, leading to a nomination for young winemaker of the year in 2006.
A few years later, Kym’s life was monumentally changed by the passing of her younger sister. Her sister’s final wish was that she carry on with life, making the most of each day by working towards her passion.
