Chef Lorenzo Schiaffini started his career at London’s famous Rive Care before opening and running restaurants for Jamie Oliver across England and Australia, including Jamie’s Italian in Perth.
After successfully owning his own restaurant in Perth, Lorenzo introduced a mobile pizzeria to his business which is now a full-time endeavour due to the success of his delicious Napoli pizza.
The Fire Truck is the perfect way to bring authentic Italian street food to a party, corporate event, market, or festival – pizza, arancini, and bomboloni as well as full catering if on offer.
We look forward to the Fire Truck Pizzeria arriving at our Open Garden Day Market Place to introduce that special pizza for our visitor’s enjoyment.

Mane Espresso is a mobile café that operates in a converted horse float. The trailer was refurbished and converted by the original owners in mid-2020 where it operated daily in regional WA.
The trailer is now owned by Kenji and Paridah and Mane and toegther they specialise in making espresso-based drinks, ranging from traditional drinks like flat whites and cappuccinos, to a range of coffee-based mocktails.
The primary coffee blend has flavour profile along the lines of brown sugar, caramel, and molasses; with normal and alternative milks, the coffee is smooth and creamy, and it is equally enjoyable to drink black.
Mane Espresso is also available for hire for private functions, such as birthday parties and weddings.
