Senior Leadership Role

An exciting opportunity exists for an engaging leader and passionate educator to guide the overall operation of our Junior School. The Head of Junior School will be responsible for inspiring and leading the continual development of outstanding teaching and learning, and pastoral care outcomes for students in Pre-Kindergarten to Year 6.

With a sound understanding of, or a willingness to invest in understanding, the principles of International Baccalaureate education, the successful applicant will lead a high performing team of teachers dedicated to lifelong learning and continuous improvement. 

As a member of PLC’s Senior Leadership Team (SLT), the Head of Junior School will also work collaboratively with other SLT members to achieve the objectives of the School’s Strategic Plan.
