Community Relations Co-ordinator

The Communication and Engagement Department at PLC seek to appoint an experienced individual to the role of Community Relations Co-ordinator.

The role will suit a self-motivated professional who demands excellence of themselves and others and achieves job satisfaction from meeting a challenge. The successful candidate will have experience in the communications, events, marketing or public relations fields or similar. He or she will also enjoy working within a team environment, multi-tasking and completing tasks without supervision.  You will be comfortable with and have experience in dealing with senior management.

Core duties include being the primary contact point for all current parents and parent groups with respect to the daily operations of School events, functions and activities and effectively communicating, marketing and promoting these events. The role also a high degree of event management experience, input into the editing of the school’s digital newsletter and assisting with the production of all school publications.
